Okay, technically it’s still Saturday, and there’s a comic. So I didn’t lie to you. A-heh heh…ahem.

Just so it’s still on the main page, now that I’ve archived the guest strip, I’m reposting Kamal’s update explaining what’s happening to us this week:

Holy crap! Okay, I know G30FF (and more than likely a few of you) are going to get pissed hearing me say this, but I can’t work around it any longer. Power Rings is going to take a short break next week while I finish up the last of my school projects before break. Gear has told me he still wants to get Incentive Zone put out tomorrow (Saturday) so there will be a regular comic to accompany it and then PR will return on July 18th.

Just to show you that I’m not trying to snow you (does anyone use “snow you” anymore?) if you hop over to the forum next week, I’ll be showcasing the fruits of my Macromedia labours.

Otherwise, see you in a week!

In an effort to buy Gear and me some more time, I present to you a guest strip by MAZO, one of our forummers.

In other news, next week is my last week of classes before the summer break. Regrettably, this break is only two weeks but at least during that period I can actually make the updates on time. So thank you all, who’ve hung in there, and to all the new readers who found us in the last few weeks, I hope we haven’t dissuaded you from returning.

Yes, G30FF had to leave on vacation and left me the keys. He’ll be back sometime next Saturday but the comics will keep flowing in his absence.

And thus endeth Metal Sonic’s adventures…for now. Perhaps we’ll have something in the future if this segment proves popular enough.

I guess I’ve received enough requests that it’s time to do something that I’ve been apprehensive about. Vote for our comic today and you’ll receive a small portion of my Sally sprite sheet.

The reason I’ve held onto these for so long is that I’ve always kept fiddling with the pixels and didn’t want versions of my sprites floating around the Internet that I’m not happy with.

That said, please don’t start begging me for more. If I’m going to release any more, you’ll hear about it here.
