I’ve always hated Rail Canyon.

If you think that’s bad you should have seen what happened on Bingo Highway. After tumbling over and over for a few kilometers, well, I hope Robotnik’s eggbots come with a mop attachment. Or probably a hose.

Speaking of which, don’t ask Gear to aim a cannon.

When I read the preview for the issue this comic took inspiration from, I had very low hopes.

It seems that’s the trick for enjoying Sonic these days.

When I read about the rather long behind-the-scenes process this story endured, I just about got down on my knees and thanked Aurora that Romy’s original vision had been completely fucked over.

Reopening the love triangle? A hint at TailsXAmy? When the fanbase told Archie to hire fan writers, we didn’t say hire one of the bad ones.

That said, I’m also glad Jon Gray’s original version didn’t quite make it in either. Had a little too much finality to it, far as I was concerned.

Here’s not looking forward to the next issue.

I wanted to have a comic ready today, I really did. You’d think after a two week vacation, we’d be up and running. Alas, certain events behind the scenes colluded to prove that impossible. What does this mean to you, the reader? It means you get squat. It also says to me I gotta haul ass if we hope to have any readers by the end of the week. (And we were just getting popular, too.)

You will return on Friday… You will return on Friday…

Yes, we’re finally off hiatus. And between the break, going back to school for me and work for everyone else, it’s been a hectic time. But we’re back to doing comics, and I assure you the rest of the week will be better than this one.

Anyway, we’re officially back to our MWF schedule. And we’ve got a lot of new ideas in the works. Keep coming by to see the new stuff in store! And welcome to 2005! May it be better than last year.

Well, we’ve almost wrapped up our twelve updates of Christmas. So much for having an easy month. More work has gone into these comics than our Endgame parody.

But good things have happened because of it, as well. Assembling the comics have become a lot faster, even if the creation of custom sprites haven’t. Power Rings is getting more exposure on Google, giving us more readers this month than our first few combined. So at least we know you’re coming back.

What does all this mean? Yep! Another vacation! Yay! Of course, this timeónow that this no longer seems like some kind of vanity projectówe will be using this time to try and spruce up the pages a bit. And I could use the time to finish up my sophomore attempt at Sonic FanFiction. And get one decent full-size banner going.

So, after Friday’s update, we’ll see you in a week or two.

Merry Christmas!

G30FF

Friday’s will be up in the afternoon. Gear’s busy sleeping on the job. Happy Holidays, peeps!

8th: And then up in Ice Cap, or so they say, the temperature dropped 3° that day…

7th: No good can come from this…

6th: I must have said this so many times, I’m amazed the guys haven’t tried to lynch me yet.

2nd: I share Tails’ confusion. I’m the one writing this and I don’t even know what she’s up to.
